We provide technical consultation and advice on tailoring the optimal solution for your video surveillance needs. Contact us by email or phone, we will be happy to help by answering your questions.

In order to provide an efficient and timely support service, we have set up a ticketing system (Ticketing System). Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Click below to register your enquiry or email us.

Technical Support

Our technical department consists of qualified specialists with implementation experience. When you contact us, you will not be left alone. We will handle your request with the utmost care, provide comprehensive support and solve the problem you report.

GANZ Security’s technical support ranges from advice on the use of our products to specific solutions, system configuration and after-sales service, provided remotely or at a location specified by the customer.

We are available to you from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Warranty Policy

GANZ Security equipment and solutions come with a full 3-year warranty as standard.

During the warranty period, devices are repaired by our service department immediately upon receipt. The customer is kept informed of the progress of the repair and the date of possible shipment with the repaired device. When the repair takes longer for technical reasons, we issue the customer with a replacement device or a target replacement.

Post-warranty service

In the case of post-warranty repairs, we efficiently and as quickly as possible diagnose the damage and prepare a service report together with an estimate of the cost of a possible repair.
Our specialists carry out warranty repairs in an artful and careful manner while keeping repair times to a minimum.

We guarantee our partners additional support by running a programme of training courses and presentations aimed at both project departments and technical staff, including installers, administrators and end users of the system.
